  7. The company does not impose quality, quantity or sales KPIs. Self-governing groups decide how to set growth goals.
  8. The company does not give a strategy or orientation. The concept and strategy of the product are determined by the collective intelligence of the company-wide teams. As a result, company-wide crowd intelligence has been developed to create an acutely sharp team in sensing and reacting very well to the real market. Progressive goals are constantly being made and implemented, improving as quickly as possible.
  9. Employees are allowed to determine their own monthly salary and bonus through a special consultation process.
  10. Equal, respectful, and decentralized working environment. You are connected and shared with all employees in the company. (Including Founders)
